Gloria Montaño Greene is Deputy Undersecretary for Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC). She used to be the State Executive Director for the Farm Service Agency in Arizona. President Obama appointed her to that position; she held the role from 2014-2017. With the FSA, Montaño Greene led the use of the 2013 Farm Bill programs across Arizona. She now serves as Deputy Director for Chispa Arizona. Chispa Arizona is a program of the League of Conservation Voters. It works to empower Latino voices in Arizona. It focuses on issues such as energy, public lands, and democracy. She served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff to Congressman Raúl M. Grijalva of Arizona. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona.
