About this Speaker
Deirdre Finn is Executive Director of the Council of Infrastructure Financing Authorities (CIFA). The council represents the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds, the nation’s premier programs for funding water infrastructure that protects public health, and the environment. For more than 30 years, she has worked as a public policy advocate. She has focused on environmental protection, education, and emergency management. From 2004 to 2007, Deirdre served as Deputy Chief of Staff for Governor Jeb Bush. She was part of the leadership team that responded to the unprecedented back-to-back hurricane seasons in 2004-2005. Deirdre earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from St. Mary’s College in South Bend, Indiana.
